We are a 3rd Generation Knights Builder, and we bring over 35 years of experience in building Single Family and Multiple Family Homes. During the 25 plus years we spent crafting our trade with my dad we were capable of building a house from cradle to grave and we did this on occasion, but we mostly delegated sub duties to our preferred subcontractors. The level of scope we took on ourselves vs what we subbed out was all scale-able and was dictated by the client’s budget and our deliberate schedule. This dynamic ability gave us great flexibility and kept us in high demand which we still continue all these traditions today and hold near and dear to these core values.
